Knez Petrol, as a socially responsible company, is constantly applying measures to improve safety, sustainable development and increase awareness of the importance of educating its employees. In order to improve HSE culture, the Company has established a continuous system of HSE training that allows employees to acquire knowledge and skills for risk management in their workplaces, as well as the development of HSE competencies necessary for efficient work and improving the quality of work. Special attention is paid to the safety of traffic employees, who cover a huge number of kilometers every day, as a result of which they are additionally exposed to a large number of risks.

Date 08.05.2021. year, a lecture was held, intended for drivers of the Transport sector. It was organized in a cooperative between ADR Advisors – Aleksandar Pancev and Vladimir Arsov, guests from Macedonia; Occupational Safety and Transport sector of our company. Also, the lecture was attended by guests from the company Eco Hellenic Petroleum, Nemanja Markovic, manager of fuel procurement and logistics and Marko Miladinovic, assistant manager of fuel procurement and logistics.
