Knez Petrol, as a socially responsible company, consistently implements measures to enhance safety, sustainable development, and raise awareness about the importance of educating its employees. In order to improve the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) culture, the company has established a continuous HSE training system, enabling employees to acquire knowledge and skills for risk management at their workplaces, as well as the development of HSE competencies necessary for efficient job performance and the improvement of work quality. Special attention is directed towards the safety of employees in transportation, who cover a considerable number of kilometers daily, exposing them to a variety of risks.<\/p>\n
On May 8, 2021, a lecture was held, targeting the drivers of the Transportation sector. It was organized in cooperation between ADR Advisors - Aleksandar Pan\u010dev and Vladimir Arsov, guests from Macedonia, the Occupational Safety sector, and the Transportation sector of our company.
